I think the real takeaway from this article is the following that anytime something becomes more accessible and what it produces is a liability costs go up. People just have this weird notion that code is a strategic moat. Code is in fact not a strategic moat. Code almost universally is a liability. So if you produce that liability faster with less ...even if it's inconsistent in someone's head and it's not beautiful code it's still the same code. It's still someone writing the same code and they're familiar with it. Right?
